I’m Lola!

I’m a UX Researcher who uses my background in psychology and healthcare to analyze user behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform product design. I believe that the best way to meet user needs is to meet your users.

Human is my favorite part of HCI. My experience developing individualized client treatment plans means human-centered design has always been part of my process.

I’m a stakeholder advocate. I easily empathize with and advocate for clients, determining their goals and ensuring best possible outcomes.

Communication is my cup of tea. Get it? Because of the picture? I’m comfortable working in an interdisciplinary environment and am adept at communicating effectively as part of a cross-functional team.

I never stop learning. I’m certified in UX/UI design and am pursuing a UX research specialty certification. I hold a bachelors in psychology from Northwestern University and a masters in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Texas at Austin.

I love traveling to music festivals, planning secret movie nights, and going on adventures with my husband and dog.
